Breakout from normalize-only into the full ecosystem. 14 repos scaffolded or received first features in one week. unshape (260 commits) and normalize (251) led in volume, but the real story is breadth — the rhi infrastructure vision materialized across code intelligence, generation, data transformation, runtime, and infrastructure categories simultaneously.
