docs/ folder at 273M sparked concern. node_modules in-tree dependency footprint questioned (principle: "all of software except docs site"). package.json distribution size breakdown vs alternatives (Obsidian, Bun, Deno, Notepad++). assessment: crescent nearly breaking even with Bun distribution size (which includes entire browser engine).
agent task: zip dep/ and report size (17:12) — dep folder is 20.2MB; breakdown: libressl (13.2MB), sqlite3 (6MB), acorn (56KB), zlib (644KB), xterm-js (125KB), wepoll (175KB). stark realization: in a couple months, git repo zip download will approach Bun size entirely due to binary dependencies.

color theming tokens across UI surfaces standardized: cyan e0ffff hue family. barItem, primaryBg, widget.bg, window.bg, panel.bg all inheriting from shared glass-color palette. system tray icon colors fixed via token inheritance. alpha hierarchy documented (#10 barItem idle through #38 widget.hoverBg). selective QML rewrites in VisualizerShowcaseContent.qml.

harness propagation to ecosystem started as background task (a974cd3a1cec2de8d). monitor caught withheld push (reincarnate repo) and conflicts (paraphase repo). extended timeout run initiated for resolution.
