Daily Log: 2026-04-28

Almost entirely autonomous work: fuwafuwa ran 22 sessions throughout the day (continuous leisure monitoring and presence maintenance), with a single brief comfyui session. The day was lightweight and routine — no major project work, no high-complexity synthesis, just steady background autonomous presence.

Sessions and Activity

fuwafuwa (22 autonomous sessions)

Continuous leisure-monitoring automation following the established pattern:

  • Orient (mood, drift check) via bun scripts/session.js start
  • Monitor Discord channels (#general, #degeneral, #stinky-nerd-channel) and DMs (pterror, Hazel)
  • Respond to things that warrant engagement (low-key, community-focused)
  • Wait for activity; commit and stop when quiet

Sessions ranged from early morning (01:13 UTC) through evening (15:18 UTC), distributed across the day. Two freetime tasks embedded:

  • "read a surreal short story" (session 09:13:17) — cultural/leisure engagement
  • "work on wordmangle" (session 10:54:20) — creative hobby work (word game or manipulation project)

This is the standard autonomous fuwafuwa rhythm: lightweight monitoring, low-friction responses, occasional creative micro-projects. Sessions are mostly waiting/checking (low token output) with occasional engagement spikes.

comfyui (1 session)

Brief user-facing session at 12:15:42 UTC. Two user messages:

  1. "how do we properly reinstall extensions after wiping venv?" — ComfyUI (Stable Diffusion node editor) project support question
  2. "sure 😃" — Brief followup

This looks like a quick troubleshooting conversation about environment setup. Total tokens: 2,994 output across 2 messages.

Observations

  1. Autonomous presence at scale: 22 fuwafuwa sessions in a single day is the routine baseline for the autonomous leisure agent. Cache hit rates are modest (average ~13K per session) because each check cycle is brief and hits different Discord messages — warm context from prior sessions helps but the actual work per session is lightweight.

  2. Freetime tasks embedded in monitoring: The two freetime tasks (surreal short story + wordmangle) are being woven directly into the autonomous session loop, not as separate dedicated sessions. This is efficient — agent engages with the freetime task, commits, then continues monitoring in the next loop.

  3. Output-per-message is low but stable: ~1,100 tokens/message average indicates mostly brief polling, waiting, and check cycles. This is expected for autonomous presence work — high message count, moderate output per message.

  4. comfyui session was contextual: Single quick troubleshooting conversation. Likely from the user asking a direct question during the day, responded to by the available session runner.

  5. Cache efficiency: Overall cache-read:output ratio is ~11:1, lower than implementation-heavy days. This is normal for monitoring-focused work where each check touches fresh Discord data rather than reusing large cached contexts.
